City, March 17th 1896

Mr. Pickles:
Senator Pritchard has offered my pension bill in the senate and he suggested that I get it introduced in the House so that it will be working at both ends at once and as Mr Anderson has gone home and there is no telling when he will come back I would be very grateful to you if you would introduce this bill for me. If you have not the time to draw the bill I will have it drawn.
Very respectfully
Mrs. S. E. Thompson

Kindly let me know when it will be convenient for you to see me.
